The QT10-15 fully automatic concrete brick making machine can produce a full range of bricks and blocks, including color-face bricks (with layered material feeding technology), full-body tiles, interlocking blocks, road curb bricks, hydraulic pressure blocks, hollow blocks, perforated bricks and standard bricks. It is widely applicable to diversified brick production demands.

4. Complete Production Line Configuration

The full automatic production line of Hongfa QT10-15 hollow block making machine consists of a cement silo, batching machine, concrete mixer, QT10-15 hydraulic brick making host and block stacking machine. The cement silo stores cement raw materials, which are transported to the mixer via a screw conveyor. The batching machine accurately completes raw material proportioning and conveys the qualified raw materials to the mixer hopper and into the mixing cavity. With an automatic water supply system, the equipment produces high-quality concrete materials for block production. The PLC-equipped host can automatically complete feeding, pressing and molding processes. After molding, the stacking machine stacks finished products in four layers for easy transfer by forklifts.

5. Core Components and Manufacturing Standards

All core components and manufacturing processes comply with international CE standards to ensure stable and long-term operation of the whole line, with detailed configurations as follows:

  • Host Motor: Adopts German Siemens or ABB brand motors with stable power performance and long service life.

  • PLC Control System: Equipped with original Japanese Mitsubishi PLC and independently developed dedicated machine control programs to ensure stable and efficient operation.

  • Electrical Components: Switches and electrical parts adopt French Schneider and Japanese Omron brands for high safety and reliability.

6. Professional Vibration Molding Principle

The QT10-15 block molding machine is a table vibration type device. Its vibration power consumption per finished product is much lower than that of mold vibration machines. The core parameters of vibration molding are vibration frequency and amplitude.

The vibration frequency is set to make the forced vibration frequency close to the natural vibration frequency of concrete aggregates, which is usually determined according to the maximum and average particle size of aggregates in actual production. Dry-hard concrete is suitable for high-frequency and low-amplitude vibration molding. The QT10-15 machine runs stably at a vibration frequency of 50Hz, with an adjustable amplitude ranging from 0.3mm to 1.2mm, realizing efficient and high-quality concrete molding.
